I provide comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. These assessments are designed to clarify diagnoses and connect clients with the supports and resources they need at home, in school, and in the workplace.

Evaluation Types

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation: cognitive, executive functioning, and social-emotional domains, including ADHD, autism, and related vulnerabilities.

Comprehensive Diagnostic + Academic Evaluation: includes additional testing for learning concerns such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. Please note that diagnosing a learning disability requires both the full comprehensive evaluation and the academic testing.

Insurance

I am in network with Premera, Regence, Aetna, and Cigna. Please note that some insurance plans process Behavioral Health claims under a different provider such as Optum, which I am not in network with.

If you have questions about coverage, I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly. I am happy to provide billing codes to help you confirm benefits. A personalized cost estimate will also be provided before scheduling, including for those who are cash pay, so there are no surprises.
