About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the State of Washington with nearly 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services to adults, children, and families. Over time, my focus has shifted toward comprehensive evaluations, which are now at the heart of my practice.

I specialize in ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, giftedness, and twice-exceptionality (2e) assessments. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, whether families are seeking understanding of a child’s learning and experiences or adults are looking for clarity and insight into their own.

I recognize that many individuals and families can feel isolated or misunderstood, especially when needs are not easily seen or fully understood by others. I hope to offer a process where each person feels truly supported for who they are. It is my intention that the evaluation process not only provides answers but also nurtures self awareness, acceptance, and a stronger sense of connection with oneself and with others. I am passionate about creating pathways for individuals to access the tools and strategies they need to thrive. I also have a special interest in offering integrative and alternative supports alongside traditional evidence based resources so people can choose what feels most aligned with their needs and values.

As both a professional and a parent of neurodivergent children, I also carry my own experiences of navigating the world as a different kind of learner and thinker. This perspective helps me approach evaluations with empathy, nuance, and deep respect for each individual’s story. Outside of pouring my heart and soul into my children, I enjoy yoga, spending time in nature, trying new foods, traveling, and immersing myself in different cultures and traditions.

Please note: I am currently focused on providing evaluations and do not offer ongoing therapy services at this time.
